The valve body is made of 316L ultra-low carbon stainless steel with mirror polishing (Ra ≤ 0.38 μm). The diaphragm materials comply with FDA standards, including EPDM, FKM, or platinum-cured silicone. Quick-connect fittings meet ISO, DIN, or SMS standards, enabling tool-free rapid assembly and disassembly. The pneumatic actuator is available in double-acting or spring-return models, offering multiple control signal interfaces for precise automation control.
